Ilam, Sept 13 : Nepal Communist Party (NCP)'s senior leader and former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has stressed the need to develop good functional relations between people's representatives and employees for better performance at local level.
In his address to a gathering of NCP cadres at Fikkal in Suryodayan municipality on Friday, Khanal said there was wave of development at local level.
The former prime minister also stressed the need for all the people-elected representatives to seriously read through the Nepal Constitution.
In a different note, Khanal said though some altercations came to the fore in the beginning of the party merger many things have already settled. (RSS)
