Kathmandu, Oct 1 : Nepal and Australia have entered into an agreement to operate direct flight service.
With the signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on air service at Montreal, a city of Canada, Nepali aircrafts are allowed to take off passengers from different destinations of Australia.
Australia has become 40th international country for Nepal having MoU on flight service.
Joint Secretary at Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Suresh Acharya informed that Nepal and Australia signed the MoU to this effect at the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) headquarters at Montreal today.
