Kathmandu, Oct. 16: Newly appointed Minister for Urban Development Krishna Gopal Shrestha assumed his office on Thursday.
Assuming his office in Singha Durbar, he pledged to be result-oriented while implementing the projects and development works.
Ram Bir Manandhar has been working as the Minister for State at the ministry. Shrestha said that he would work with Manandhar and both would jointly fight against every challenge.
"I am a hopeful person and believe that we can resolve every problem if we work together," he said.
Shrestha had served as State Minister for Local Development in 2005.
