By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sep. 27: The meeting of the Council of Ministers is taking place today at 4:00 pm.
Badri Tiwari, deputy secretary at Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba's secretariat, said that the cabinet meeting was being held today.
"Discussions on the contemporary political issues will be held in the meeting," said Tiwari.
Meanwhile, Chairman of ruling coalition Maoist Centre Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' informed that preparations were underway to withdraw the ordinance relating to political parties.
Briefing at the meeting of the standing committee held on Monday morning, Prachanda said that the meeting of the Council of Ministers was being held to withdraw the ordinance.
