By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan. 13: Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla now will also be hearing the case of dissolution of House of Representatives (HoR) which is sub-judice in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court.
Justice Malla was included in the constitutional bench of five justices including Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana after Justice Hari Krishna Karki decided to abstain from the constitutional bench.
The writ petitions filed against the President's decision to dissolve the lower house of the Federal Parliament, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister will now be heard by Chief Justice JB Rana and Justices Bishwambher Prasad Shrestha, Anil Kumar Sinha, Tej Bahadur KC, and Sapana Pradhan Malla.
