Bejhad, Sept 13 : A landslide hit a jeep in motion today, killing the driver near Siddhababa of Palpa-Butwal road section along the Siddhababa Highway in Palpa.
The deceased has been identified as Kamal Sunar of Chhapchaur, Gulmi. The Scorpio jeep (2617) en route to Butwal from Palpa was buried by the landslide along with the driver at around 10:30 am today, the District Police Office, Palpa confirmed. The landslide which also brought down rocks has partially blocked the highway.
The traffic is being operated one way. (RSS)
