By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan. 13:Hearing on the writ petitions filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) has begun in the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court.
Currently, advocate Raman Kumar Shrestha has been placing his arguments demanding an extended full bench hearing in the case.
Moreover, Justice Sapana Pradhan Malla has replaced Justice Hari Krishna Karki, who had abstained from being a member of the constitutional bench before.
On January 6, 11 out of 13 writ petitioners who had filed a petition in the apex court against the dissolution of HoR had given an application to the court demanding an extended full bench hearing.
