By Sahadev Basnet, Jajarkot, Nov. 28: At least five passengers have been killed while 27 others have been injured in a bus accident in Jajarkot today morning.
The ill-fated passenger bus with registration number Na 7 Kha 2757 en route to Radi Bazar of West Rukum from Nepalgunj met with an accident at Barahchaur of Bheri Municipality-13 in Jajarkot.
Madhu Kumar Thapa, deputy superintendent of police and chief of Jajarkot district police office, informed the police personnel were deployed for the rescue of the injured as soon as the information about the accident was received at 2 am and that the injured have been undergoing treatment at the Jajarkot district hospital.
He said the identity of those who list lives to accident is yet to be ascertained.
