District Government Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu has decided to withdraw fraud case, which was under investigation against industrialist Dr. Roop Jyoti.
Chandrakanta Khanal, Chief, District Government Attorney’s Office, Kathmandu said, “After victim Bigendra Krishna Malla provided a written information to us about receiving the disputed money, we have decided to withdraw the case.”
As the case is related to monetary transaction, the case can be concluded with a write of compromise, he added.
