By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, July 18: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has secured the House's confidence as the majority of lawmakers are in his support.
Deuba-led party Nepali Congress, NCP (Maoist Centre), Janata Samajwadi Party-Nepal (JSP-N), Madhav Kumar Nepal-led faction of CPN-UML, and Rashtriya Janamorcha Party have already expressed their commitment to providing trust vote to Prime Minister Deuba. Leaders of these parties declared that they would support Deuba's premiership in today's meeting of the reinstated House of Representatives (HoR).
However, the procedure of obtaining HoR's confidence is still going on in the Federal Parliament.
