By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 2: With 1,255 new cases of novel coronavirus confirmed on Sunday, the national COVID-19 tally has reached 231,798.
"As many as 1,255 persons were found to have been infected with SARS-CoV-2," informed the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) in its update.
Meanwhile, 1,404 COVID-19 patients receiving treatment institutional isolation or staying in home isolation recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours. Nepal has now recorded 212,250 cases of recoveries.
Moreover, as many as 25 people succumbed to the deadly virus in the last 24 hours and with this, the national COVID-19 related death tally has reached 1,479.
