By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 21: Hearing of a homicide case filed against Speaker of the House of Representatives Agni Sapkota is set to be held at the constitutional bench of the Supreme Court.
The constitutional bench comprises Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana and Justices Deepak Kumar Karki, Meera Khadka, Harikrishna Karki, and Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada.
Claiming that Speaker Sapkota was allegedly involved in the murder of Arjun Lama, who was killed in Kavre during the armed conflict, Purnima Lama had filed a petition demanding an investigation to the case.
