Kathmandu, July 21: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has described BP Koirala as a person full of talents. Speaking at an event organised by the NC central information and communications department to mark the 39th BP Memorial Day here today, he expressed the commitment to fulfill BP's notion of establishing democratic socialism up to the grassroots.
Prime Minister Deuba also emphasized on the need for all to learn from BP's struggle for the stability of democratic norms and values.
At the programme, NC leader and MP Pradip Giri said BP's dream of establishing Nepal as a democratic socialist country is yet to be realized, which could have uplifted the living standard of the people in the lower strata of the society.
