By Gyanu Pangeni, Kawasoti, Mar. 5: Leader of the Nepal Communist Party Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) left for Kathmandu from Nawalparasi (East) at 7:00 am on Friday morning.
After entering into an agreement with the government on Friday, Bipalv's photo was made public for the first time today from Devchuli of Nawalpur.
Biplav had reached Nawalparasi at 5:00 pm on Thursday. He left for Kathmandu today via public bus after meeting his party cadres.
It has been said that the police have been escorting leader Biplav from Chitwan.
He will be made public in the Capital at 2:00 in the afternoon today.
