Tamghas, Sept. 18: Minister for Foreign Affairs and spokesperson of the government Pradeep Kumar Gyawali has said that the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) would be endorsed by making amendments to its some provisions.
“The government is working in clarifying the unclear terms and pass the MCC by amending its some points,” said Minister Gyawali.
Inaugurating a COVID-19 test laboratory in Tamghas, Gulmi, on Thursday, Minister Gyawali said that many rumors were being spread about MCC without understanding it. He also requested everyone to not believe the rumors.
Moreover, Gyawali also said that the government had been holding diplomatic dialogues and discussions with the government of India continuously regarding the border issue. “We will take back our encroached land,” he added.
Likewise, Minister Gyawali also requested everyone to not indulge in politics amid the pandemic. He urged all parties to work together and spread public health awareness.
Stating that the government had expanded the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests, he appealed to everyone to be serious towards public health and adopt all the prescribed safety measures.
