Bajura, Aug 6 : Bajura Hospital has witnessed a surge of pneumonia patients for a week. Fifteen to 30 children suffering from pneumonia are brought here for treatment, according to hospital chief Dr Prakash Joshi.
Information officer at the hospital, Nrip Raj Giri, shared that 13 children were receiving treatment then. Among them, one has been found infected with coronavirus, he added.
The hospital had conducted coronavirus tests among 13 children some days back. The swabs collected from the children were sent to Doti laboratory.
The hospital further said although some children receiving treatment were normal, most of them were in critical stage. So, they were receiving treatment with oxygen.
