Kavrepalanchowk, May 1: A Covid-19 patient died this morning amidst the treatment at the Dhulikhel Hospital. A 37-year-old male from Kubinde of Sindhupalchowk was admitted to the hospital last Friday after he complained of health complications.
He, a heart patient, was confirmed to have been infected with the virus through the PCR test the same day, Hospital emergency ward chief Dr. Sanu Shrestha said.
"During the further medical tests, he was diagnosed with pneumonia as well and was treated keeping at the emergency ward due to the shortage of ICU beds", he added.
