By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 21: Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has submitted a memorandum to Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota and deputy leader of the parliamentary party of the CPN (UML) Subash Chandra Nemwang.
NBA general secretary advocate Leela Mani Paudel along with NBA office bearers reached Singha Durbar to submit the memorandum seeking help for the exit of Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana from the Supreme Court.
Receiving the memorandum, Speaker Sapkota responded that he was looking into the matter seriously.
"I will study the memorandum submitted to me first. I understand this issue must be resolved at the earliest, otherwise the crisis will simply deepen. My serious attention has been drawn to this," he said while receiving the memorandum.
