By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 28: The Ministry of Health and Population on Wednesday confirmed 2,047 new cases of COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley.
In 13,879 Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) tests done in the past 24 hours, 2,047 cases were recorded in the three districts of the Valley, informed Dr. Samir Kumar Adhilari, assistant spokesperson at Health Ministry in the regular press briefing.
Of the new infections, 232 were recorded in Bhaktapur, 351 in Lalitpur and 1,464 cases were detected in Kathmandu.
