By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 19: Civil servants including those working in government-owned enterprises and corporations are to get COVID-19 sick leave when even for two times if they test positive for the novel coronavirus.

The employees seeking such kind of leave should present the report of their PCR test to their respective offices.

According to Dasharath Ram Od, chief of the internal management section in the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration, the employees will get 14-day isolation or treatment leave if they are confirmed to be infected with the novel coronavirus.

"But if the employees get a negative report of their PCR test before the 14-day leave is over, they can resume offices/work," he said.
