By Siraj Khan, Nepalgunj, May. 11: Banke recorded 15 COVID-19 related fatalities in the last 12 hours.
According to the District COVID-19 Crisis Management Centre, Banke, eight fatalities were recorded in Bheri Hospital, three in Nepalgunj Medical College, and two in Army Hospital.
Similarly, a COVID-19 patient placed in home isolation also succumbed to the infection.
According to Tej Oli, focal person at the Centre, these fatalities were recorded from Monday night till Tuesday afternoon.
With this, Banke's COVID-19 death toll has reached 345 of which, 145 people were from various districts who had come to Banke for treatment.
