By Siraj Khan, Nepalgunj, May 21: As many as 15 people undergoing treatment for COVID-19 in the hospitals here have succumbed to the virus infection since Thursday evening to Friday morning.
Eight infected persons undergoing treatment at Bheri Hospital and seven patients of COVID-19 undergoing treatment at Nepalgunj Medical College Teaching Hospital in Kohalpur succumbed to the virus infection since Thursday evening to this morning, according to the District COVID-19 Crisis Management Center.
Of the dead, eight were from Banke district while the remaining seven came from the other districts, said Tej Oli, focal person of the DCCMC, Banke.
