Kathmandu, Dec. 17: The first look of the love story movie Maya Baschha Ki Ke Ho has been made public.
The main song and the first look of the film were made public at a programme organised in the capital on Tuesday.
Newcomers Sonal Tamang and Kasmata Niraula are featured in the first look. Written by Aarti Adhiakri, the film is produced by Bahadur Singh Tamang and Ganga Giri.
Ashutosh Adhikari is the associate director and Deepak Adhikari is the assistant director of the film.
Director Adhikari said that he was in favour of making a quality film and claimed that no effort was left to make the film excellent. He said the film was shot in Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Similarly, presenter Sharad said that he was optimistic that Maya Bascha Ki Ke Ho would touch the hearts of the general audience even though it was produced targeting the younger generation.
Debuting actor Sonal said that he had worked hard and expressed confidence that the film would establish him as a successful actor.
Actress Kasmata also expressed her hope that she would emerge as a successful actress from this movie.
Chairman of the Film Development Board Dayaram Dahal said that the government was preparing to open the cinema halls soon and wished for success of the film and the team well.
Vice President of the Film Directors’ Society Rajendra Upreti, General Secretary Janakdeep Parajuli and others also were present on the occasion.
The main song of the song Maya Baschha Ki Ho performed at the summit will be made public on Friday through ‘Sairam Pictures’ YouTube.
The song has lyrics and music by Arjun Pokhrel and voices by Anju Pant and Sugam Pokhrel. In the song, choreographed by Ramji Lamichhane, Sonal and Kasmata are presented in a romantic mood. The song was shot by Rabindra Baral in Belgium, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
Made under the banner of Janpukar Media House, the film will be distributed by RR Films.
