Kathmandu, Dec. 28: Famous Bollywood singer Asees Kaur is coming to Nepal for a musical performance on January 7 next year.
She is coming to Nepal for the ‘Raataan Lambiyan Night with Asees Kaur’ to be held on January 8 at Club Platinum, Durbar Marg.
Feliz International Event is organising the concert.

According to Shahil Khan, CEO of the organisation, the event is being organised to fulfill the desire of Nepali audience to meet Bollywood celebrities and dance together.
“The programme will also convey a message that Nepal is becoming safe from the COVID-19 pandemic’s havoc in the world,” said Khan.

He said that there had been no concert and programme of Bollywood celebrities in Nepal for a long time.
Apart from Kaur, Nepali singer Yabesh Thapa will also perform in the programme.

Asses Kaur’s song Raataan Lambiyan has been a big hit lately.
Kaur had participated in various singing reality shows including Indian Idol and Awaaz Punjab Di.

In the year 2020, Khuda Haafiz’s song Jaan Ban Gaye made her popular among the Indian or Nepali audience as well.
Kaur, who has been active in singing since the age of five, made her Bollywood debut with Dildara Reprise from the film Tamanchey.
Since then, she has sung in many Bollywood movies.

She sang Ve Maahi from Kesari, Makhna from Drive, Bandeya Re Bandeya and Tere Bin from Simmba, Akh Lad Jaave from Loveyatri, Bolna from Kapoor and Sons films .
She is also the multiple awards recipient and she recently won the 2021 Filmfare Award.
